What is Click and Collect?
Click and Collect is our freight free option regardless of the value of your order. You can opt to collect your order from our store in Sydney CBD.

Which items can I order with Click and Collect?
All products are included, subject to availability. Alternatively, you can also arrange for your items to be delivered via post. Please check out our alternative delivery options here.
What are the Click and Collect opening hours?
Click and Collect is available during the below business hours:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, 8.30am - 6.00pm
Thursday, 8.30am - 7.00pm
Saturday & Sunday, CLOSED
Unfortunately, this service is not available at any other time i.e Weekends or after business hours. The opening hours and address details will be confirmed via email when your order is ready to collect.
How will I know when my order is ready to collect?
When your order has been picked, packed and is ready for collection, a member of the SA Hair, Nail & Beauty Supplies Team will contact you via email.
What do I need to bring with me when I collect my order?
Orders will ONLY be released when ALL of the following is provided when picking up your order:
- A copy of your emailed order confirmation
- ID (a drivers license etc.) which corresponds with the details on your order and credit card.
What if I need my Click and Collect order asap?
If you require your goods sooner, please advise us as soon as you've placed the order via email at email@example.com for a priority service, along with your order number and we will do our best to get your order ready asap.
Where should I go to pick up my order?
Please speak to one of our friendly members of staff in-store and they can locate your order for you.
Can someone else collect my order on my behalf?
Yes. If you need to change the nominated person for collection then please notify us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org their details along with your order number ahead of time. Goods will not be released without this. The person you're sending to collect your order will need to bring:
- Their own ID which matches the name you nominated via email
- A copy of the original emailed order confirmation
What happens if I cannot pick up my order?
Your Click and Collect order will be held for 14 days from the day your order is invoiced and you are notified via email or telephone that your order is ready for collection. After 14 days your order will be cancelled and we will contact you to arrange a refund of the order value. Please email us at email@example.com if you're unable to collect in that time frame.
