This website is operated by SA Hair, Nail & Beauty Supplies (“SA Hair”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional policies referenced here. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform enabling us to sell our products and services.

Mobile Messaging (SMS/MMS) Terms 

  1. Opt-in & eligibility
    By opting in to our SMS program (e.g. at checkout, via signup form, keyword, or link), you consent to receive automated and/or non-automated marketing and transactional messages to the mobile number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You must be the subscriber or customary user of the number and be of the age of majority.

  2. Message frequency & costs
    Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.

  3. Opt-out
    You can opt out at any time by replying STOP (or STOP ALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT). You may also email orders@sahairsupplies.com.au. After you send STOP, we may send a final confirmation message.

  4. Help
    For help, reply HELP to any message or email orders@sahairsupplies.com.au.

  5. Delivery
    Message delivery is subject to your carrier’s network. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by carrier issues, device limitations, or circumstances beyond our control.

  6. Program changes and termination
    We may change or discontinue the SMS program at any time. We will notify you of material changes by SMS or by updating these terms.

  7. Privacy and data sharing
    We use Klaviyo and messaging partners to send and manage SMS. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data, consent status, or mobile number with unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing.   8. Location-based features (if enabled)
    If you enable location services, we may use approximate location to tailor content (e.g. store information or timing). You can disable location permissions at any time.

  9. Australia compliance
    Our SMS program complies with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth) and applicable industry guidelines. Unsubscribe instructions are provided in every marketing message.
