1. What information we collect
When you purchase from our store, we collect personal information you provide, such as your name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number, payment details, and order history.
When you browse our store, we automatically receive technical data (e.g. IP address, device and browser type, referring/exit pages, and timestamps) to help us improve site performance and security.
If you opt in to marketing, we collect your marketing preferences (email and/or SMS).
SMS-specific data. If you opt in to receive SMS or MMS messages, we collect and process your mobile number, SMS consent status (including time/date, method, and source of consent), message delivery and interaction data (e.g. sends, opens where supported, clicks, bounces, unsubscribes, replies such as STOP/HELP), and related metadata (e.g. carrier, time zone, device type). If you reply to a message, we collect the content of that reply.
If your device or browser allows location-based services and you enable them for our site or campaigns, we may collect approximate location data to personalise content (see Location data below).

3. Consent and withdrawal
Email/SMS marketing consent. We obtain your consent when you tick a box, subscribe via a form or keyword, join at checkout, or otherwise take an affirmative action indicating you want marketing messages. For SMS, we record consent details (time/date, method, source).

4. Third-party services and data sharing
We use third-party providers (e.g. Shopify for e-commerce; Klaviyo for email/SMS messaging; payment gateways; analytics; logistics) to deliver our services. These providers process personal information on our behalf under contracts that require appropriate safeguards.
No sharing of SMS consent status for non-service purposes. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data, consent status, or mobile number with unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing. We only disclose SMS consent data to service providers (e.g. Klaviyo, carriers, messaging partners) as necessary to send and manage our SMS program, comply with law, or protect our rights.
We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights, users, or the public.
5. Location data and location-based services
If you enable location permissions or allow location-aware features in your browser or device, we may collect approximate location to tailor content (e.g. nearest store, local shipping estimates, or timing of messages). You can disable location permissions at any time in your device or browser settings. We do not use precise geolocation for marketing without your explicit permission.
6. Cookies and tracking technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site (e.g. shopping cart), remember preferences, measure performance, and run analytics and advertising (where permitted). You can manage cookies via your browser settings. Examples include Shopify session cookies (_session_id, _shopify_visit, _shopify_uniq, cart, _secure_session_id, storefront_digest). We take reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational measures to protect personal information. Payment data handled by our providers is processed in accordance with PCI-DSS. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
8. International transfers
Our service providers (including Shopify and Klaviyo) may process data outside Australia. Where applicable, we implement safeguards for international transfers (e.g. contractual protections).
9. Your rights

10. Children
Our services are intended for individuals over the age of majority in their state/territory of residence. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect upon posting. If material changes are made, we will provide a prominent notice on our website.
